Small Group Guidance

These small group gatherings (6 max.) are designed to nurture your body, soul, & spirit. They will be a mixture of meditations, art, movement, meaningful conversations, and whatever else seems right for the group. Tea and a small snack will be offered as well. ​

 

I will draw from:

• a rich background as a mother of 4 children,

• 20+ years of Waldorf teaching of all ages (0-19),

• many years of teaching Anthroposophy, Raja Yoga, Biology,   

• Psychosynthesis Coaching experience,

• brand-new skills I am currently learning in my certification process of becoming a Biographical Coach.

How to guide your child into authentic adulthood? In this 3-week course we will get clarity about 

• What the ideal journey could look like for you & your child

• What obstacles might be in the way and how to navigate them

• How to see your child and what they truly need with new eyes

• What environment could contribute to a smooth sailing

• What you can do right now to bring you closer to your ideal vision for these years

Step aboard!

Joyful Beginnings provides caregivers & parents (expectant too!) of infants and crawlers a nurturing environments to meet with other families and discuss the joys and challenges of caring for children in their first year of life.

You will learn how balance your needs and your child's, how to connect more deeply with your child and yourself, about child-development, practical parenting methods.

Tea and a home made snack are provided.

Puddle Jumpers classes provide for walkers till age 3 and their caregivers/parents a warm, and nurturing environment to meet other families. The mornings have a predictable rhythm of activities such as bread baking, songs and puppet plays, taking time for self care, and of course, play (both inside and outside)! Parents will have the opportunity to join in discussion around child development and family life, learn new skills and make new friends. Tea and a homemade snack are provided.
