Individual Guidance
for parents & caregivers who are ready to go deeper
Something has brought you here. Perhaps a feeling of overwhelm — a sense that you are not truly meeting your child, though you can't always say why. You have an image of the parent you wanted to be, maybe one you promised yourself before you had children. And somehow, despite everything you know and everything you have tried, you keep falling back into old patterns.
Sometimes the awareness is clear: you see yourself handling a moment the way you swore you never would. The way you were handled once. There is shame in that. And a real longing to be different.
Sometimes the awareness is more blurred — you only see your child's struggle, their difficult behavior, and you don't know how to reach them or what to do.
Either way, you are here because something in you knows: there must be another way.
You are right. There is.

What happens in the work?
I think of every person as having a soul house.
In the basement live the parts of you that were formed long ago — when you were young and needed protecting. They respond quickly, instinctively, and often in ways that feel childlike, trying to get their needs met the only way they know how. These are the parts that take over in challenging moments. The snap. The shutdown. The giving up.
In the attic live your brilliant, wise, loving, transcendent parts — the ones who hold your deepest knowing, your vision, your truest love for your child.
And in the middle of the house lives your growing self. The one who is becoming aware of all of it.
The work is about turning on the lights. Going into the forgotten rooms. Meeting what lives there — in the basement, the attic, everywhere in between — and inviting those parts to become allies. To share their gifts, rather than fight for control. As this happens, you become more whole. More like the adult — the parent — you have always wanted to be.
And something else shifts too. The work moves you from insight to resolution. Most parents who come to me already know a great deal. They have read the books. They hold the values. They can picture who they want to be. But knowing has not been enough to make it real.
This is where the true shift happens — not in gathering more knowledge or collecting more ideals, but in finding the inner will to actually become it, to do what needs to be done. That moment of resolution, when something clicks from I want to into I am — that is what this work is for.
Three pathways
The right one depends on your commitment to real change.
Not sure which path is yours?
The discovery session is where we find out together.
You come as you are — with whatever is alive for you right now. A struggle, a pattern, a situation you have been carrying. Together we look at what is really going on, what it is costing you, and what you truly want. Sometimes we go straight into the work and you leave with a real first glimpse of your real question.
You leave knowing whether this is the right path for you. If we both feel the fit, we explore what continuing might look like. If the timing isn't right — that is perfectly fine.
No pressure. No strings attached. Just an honest conversation.

This is psycho-spiritual coaching — not therapy, and not a replacement for it. I work with parents who are ready to grow, using inquiry, inner work, and transformative conversation. I am not a licensed therapist and do not treat mental health conditions. If you are working with a mental health professional, my work can complement that process. If you are unsure whether coaching is right for you, the discovery session is a good place to find out.
