HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY? Coaching and therapy both help people grow, but therapy is more about fixing mental health issues and understanding emotions through past experiences, while coaching is more about setting and reaching goals with practical plans. Therapy goes deeper into emotional healing, while coaching is all about taking action to get where you want to be.

WHAT I AM NOT. As an unlicensed professional, I cannot provide medical treatment or replace the advice of a licensed therapist. My services include compassionate psycho-spiritual coaching, inquiry sessions, transformative, and integration coaching. These services can complement other therapies or treatment options and contribute to a holistic approach to well-being.

What clients say....

"Anouk has a rare and special gift of presence. She holds space with such deftness that I felt both grounded and expanded at once. She supports her clients in finding anchor points- practices and perspectives that steady us when grappling with a challenge -so that we can move through it with clarity, guided by our own inner knowing, wisdom, values, and purpose. What also stood out in my experience with her was the way she seamlessly interweaves the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. As a coach myself, I found the process with her refreshingly creative and different from what I’d experienced before - deeply enlightening, grounding, and impactful."
