How I Work

In my conversations with parents, I use two bodies of work, Psychosynthesis and Anthroposophy, that offer wonderful maps of the truth of who we are - a living physical body, with a rich inner life of feelings, thoughts, and initiatives (the soul), and something that we could call the essence of who we are - our true Self, the captain on the ship (our spirit).

Through conversations, I gently guide parents through a process of discovery, using the seven core principles of Psychosynthesis (below is a description of each step). We will also look at the biography (Anthroposophy offers a wonderful framework to look at people’s life paths) of both the parent and the child to get insights about underlying themes, patterns, and desired directions.
