Welcome! You’ve answered the call. We’re about to embark on a journey of meeting other players in the web of life. This month, we’re focusing on the theme of beginnings, particularly in the realm of new relationships. How can we nurture and appreciate these connections? Nature serves as an excellent teacher of interconnectedness. Relationships that rejuvenate and revitalize her are akin to the unfolding and emerging of plants, festooning Earth with a delicate tapestry of vibrant new growth. The animal kingdom also exhibits this phenomenon, with birds announcing the dawn and engaging in various stages of nesting, parenting, tending, and migration. As we observe the world around us, these observations raise profound questions: How are we attuned to the unfolding and blossoming within ourselves? Where does our attention draw us in the vast web of life? Can we discern the stage of our relationship with ourselves? Can we embrace and be fully present with the excitement of the unknown and our curiosity? Let’s embrace curiosity and explore these questions together.

How do you re-member yourself? The Earth, like a community of storytellers, including animals, plants, and minerals, re-members herself every season. In May, she re-members her path to abundance through the dancing of flowers, the reaching of leaves, the hum of bees, and the gentle caresses of slugs. You are the creator, the scriptwriter, and the director. Who or what are your community of storytellers? We will explore the stories that reside within you, the ones that have only been whispers, yearning to be heard and acknowledged. We will create a safe space for them to emerge as you engage in conversations with your own soul and with all that surrounds you in the world.

It’s time to embrace the game of life and showcase your true self. June serves as a mirror, reflecting aspects of your internal life onto your external life and vice versa. What kind of play does your soul yearn for? Can you fully express yourself, unhindered by inhibitions? Do you radiate your fullness, soaring like a celestial being guided by your inner compass? Or are you trapped in a hall of mirrors, where reflections bounce back, distorting your true self? Everything beckons you to step onto the dance floor of life.

Tap into your wanderlust! Allow yourself to breathe deeply, listening to the rhythm of your soul dancing with the Spirit. With each exhale, expand your being, while with each inhale, contract and ground yourself. Your spiritual resilience is built on a network of experiences, beliefs, and practices that enable you to bend without breaking under the weight of life’s challenges and opportunities. During the summer’s expansion, can you permit yourself to shed the old skin, the old stories that held you back? How can you prepare yourself for resting effortlessly and gently in this newfound space, akin to a snake shedding its skin? It may require effort, but once it rests, it finds solace in vulnerability. In this newfound openness, can you pause and ponder? Pay attention to the contractions in your life that hinder your path of growth. Can you linger with them, like a houseguest who has overstayed their welcome, and then politely show them the door?

Linger…for a bit longer… Savor the growth in your life. Simply be present. Preserve the warmth of a freshly picked tomato. Embrace the long days that invite your full attention. What aspects of your life bring you joy? What desires do you yearn for more of? Where is the tipping point? Can you fully embrace these days?

You’re not alone when you journey inward. You have the courage to confront what is. The fellow travelers in the natural world offer you examples of releasing and transforming, like leaves dancing to the earth to nourish the soil. The mystery of digestion and what needs to be composted can serve as a model for you on how to provide nourishment for your dreams. The animal world also provides examples of preparing for winter, such as migrating, gathering supplies, or fortifying nests. As you prepare for the upcoming shift in energy, consider whether you need to release, relocate your attention, or gather supplies. As a part of the web of life, embrace the waves of emotions and navigate the labyrinth to your center, maintaining relaxation and focus while the alchemical process unfolds around you.

Stay present and avoid rushing ahead. Honor those who came before you. Be a compassionate witness to your transformation by checking in with yourself and honoring the pace to avoid missing important moments of connection. Feel the connection to the Earth through the interplay of your hips and legs. Offer the gift of forgiveness by reaching out to those you love, those who trouble you, those who came before you, your ancestors, and your connection to your lineage. Release any old baggage or stories that block your connection with yourself and others. This will help maintain internal balance. The natural world guides you on how to continue releasing with ease and grace, as fallen leaves begin to compost.

Sometimes you need to invite your fear to tea and ask: What are you trying to tell me? Fear is part of our natural cycle. To follow the path of the seasons, you must acknowledge the inevitability of change. Change is likely to bring up strong emotions, including fear. When strong emotions arise, can you be curious about what they’re trying to convey?   Remember, you’re not alone; all forms of life surround you. There’s support, both unseen and visible, everywhere. We’ll explore independence, interdependence, connection, and disconnection. Challenge separation and embrace your uniqueness in this moment. Match your pace to the natural world and retreat inward.

Shine your beautiful light. Radiate your warmth into the world. In the darkest days of winter, everything is awaiting the return of the light. We will explore finding equilibrium in life and actions balanced with the deep need to rest and be quietly present.  Searching for the effortless ease of radiating your light out into your world with the quiet invitation of connection. Resting in self-acceptance, what pace will you engage with the world? Shine your beautiful light. Radiate your warmth into the world.

Floating in the void of winter's waiting. Holding space for new ideas and new life. In this month of void, can you orient yourself to your internal compass and sense your place in everything? Can you be inward and quiet while you imagine your dreams coming to fruition? Once again, we look toward nature for support. The plant world is asleep, and buds are emerging with the promise of beginning. What are your imaginings of new beginnings? The animal world is clever in its pursuit for food, such as searching under moss or forgotten caches. At this time, can you be open and receptive to new possibilities of nourishment from unsuspected places?  Dream… just be and dream.

Allow inspiration to nurture your life, sharpening it, clarifying it, and infusing it with energy.
